Discovery Process

During our personal discovery meeting, we ask questions about your current situation, your big dreams and goals, and how you feel about taking on market risk. This conversation helps us gauge your emotional reactions to money and your need for guaranteed income in your Retirement Income Distribution Plan.

Don’t be surprised if we ask you a number of personal questions. We want to learn about past spending habits and future needs so we can create your NextPhase® plan. You may need lump sums in retirement to cover expenses such as vacations, gifts, a second home or home repairs, vehicle replacement, etc. You may also wish to help your children and grandchildren. If you think you need additional funds to support your current lifestyle, we will have a discussion about retirement realities and your financial security in the coming years.
